No two people are the same. No animal has the same needs. This is precisely why REiCO does not focus on general recommendations, but on an individual view of humans and animals. 

Personal advice is not an add-on for us, but the basis of everything we do. We focus on this right from the first contact: in a direct exchange – attentively and on an equal footing. The aim is to fully understand needs, to recognise contexts and to include the individual life situation. An essential part of our approach is that advice does not remain theoretical, but is provided live and individually during a conversation: We take the time to understand humans or animals in detail and to derive recommendations that fit the respective situation. 

Our advice begins where encounters take place – in a personal conversation on-site or in direct contact via recommendations and digital channels. From this first exchange, it develops individually, tailored to humans, animals and all the circumstances that go with a particular situation.
