Our awards
Our work is regularly recognised by independent institutions. The following awards are based on clearly defined criteria and document the development, stability and value orientation of our company.
Bavaria’s Best 50
„Bavaria’s Best 50“ is an initiative launched by the Bavarian state government, honouring the 50 most successful medium-sized companies in Bavaria every year. Among other things, the evaluation focuses on economic stability, innovative strength, social commitment and employee development.
After the first award in 2020, we were once again included in the circle of „Bavaria’s Best 50“ in 2023. This means that we have been repeatedly selected as one of the award-winning medium-sized companies in the Free State of Bavaria.
Enterprise Award of the BDD (German Direct Selling Association)
The Enterprise Award is awarded once a year by the BDD (German Direct Selling Association) during its congress. The award is based on the annual sales growth of the member companies.
In 2023, we were awarded the BDD Enterprise Award for the third time in a row. Prizes are awarded in the categories „Small Enterprises“, „Medium Enterprises“ and „Large Enterprises“.
REiCO received an award in the „Medium Enterprises“ category in 2021, and in the „Large Enterprises“ category in 2022 and 2023.
„Network-Karriere“ Culture of Values Award
The „Network-Karriere“ Culture of Values Award is presented by the business newspaper „Network-Karriere“. The focus is on the practised culture of values, employee management and customer satisfaction in direct sales.
REiCO was given this award in 2011 and 2012.
