Our employees give their best every day to further develop Reico. At the same time, nature gives us the resources and guidance we need to develop our products.  In order for  our products to support the well-being of humans,  animals  and the environment, they not only have to be of high quality – we also bear responsibility for the entire process along the way. This awareness shapes our daily actions.   

Nature is the foundation of our work. It gives us energy and valuable raw materials. With our „Herz- Gespann “ project, a combination of bee sponsorship and the sowing and maintenance of our own flower meadow, we create habitats for wild bees,  bees  and  numerous  insects. In this way, we actively promote biodiversity and strengthen the ecological balance in our region. At the same time, we make sure that we act to conserve resources and use sustainable energy solutions in our day-to-day work – in line with our values. 

For us, responsibility also means being there for the people who make Reico what it is. Our team is at the centre of our company. An appreciative working environment, flexible models and offers that make everyday life easier create space for well-being,  motivation  and personal development. In addition, we are active on a social and societal level. We regularly support initiatives in our region and are also engaged in charitable projects nationwide – including a contribution to the German Stroke Support Foundation.   

Of course, we also take responsibility for our products. They are created based on experience,  passion  and the commitment to promote the well-being of humans,  animals  and nature. For us, quality begins with the careful selection of ingredients and only ends when the finished product meets our  high standards . Conscious production means making decisions that have a long-term effect – for the health of the soil, plants,  humans  and animals.
