Based on this conviction, REiCO made a conscious decision in favour of direct sales as early as 2003. As a family-run company, it was clear to us from the very beginning: Good advice is created face to face – personal, professionally sound and individually tailored to the respective life situation of humans and animals.
With direct sales, we can make this a reality. Our contact persons take their time, are flexible when providing advice and remain approachable even after a purchase has been made. This creates support that does not end with the product, but builds trust and sustains it in the long term.
This type of sales matches our corporate culture. Personal proximity, appreciation and responsibility are not buzzwords for us, but part of everyday life – in contact with customers, as well as in interactions with our staff and partners.
Our attitude is also reflected in clear quality standards. Since 2006, Reico & Partner Vertriebs GmbH has been a member of the BDD (German Direct Selling Association), which stands for transparent structures, high-quality advice and responsible actions.
